Resilience, Connection & Wellbeing—Across Every Journey

Life doesn’t always follow a straight path. Career demands, relationship challenges, parenting pressures, or frequent moves can leave you feeling overwhelmed, unsteady, or disconnected.

At Global Therapy Practice,

I offer evidence-based, compassionate therapy to help individuals, couples, and families navigate these complexities with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach goes beyond symptom management or coping strategies. Together, we explore the deeper patterns shaping your experience and identify more adaptive, lasting ways of relating to yourself, others, and your environment—so you can feel more at ease, wherever life finds you.

What helps us feel grounded and connected?

I’ve long been guided by the question of what helps people feel rooted in themselves and supported in their relationships. That focus grew through my clinical training and was shaped by more than two decades of international living.

Across nine global relocations and seven postings, I’ve moved through seasons of transition—parenting and partnering across distance, adapting to high-stress environments, navigating career pauses, and building a life far from familiar supports.

These experiences continue to inform how I show up as a therapist—with cultural sensitivity, warmth, and a lived understanding of what it means to hold complexity and move through change. They also deepen my appreciation for the many ways people make sense of their lives, and for how powerfully context and connection shape emotional wellbeing.

 My Approach

I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process—one where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. I see you as the expert on your own life, and together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of your wellbeing and reconnect with your internal strengths and resources.

Emotions are at the heart of this work. They signal what we need, guide our choices, and help us form meaningful relationships. But when emotions feel overwhelming or shut down—especially after stress, trauma, or long-term strain—they can lead to disconnection and distress.

In our work together, I support you in approaching your emotional experiences with curiosity, compassion, and growing confidence. Throughout therapy, I help you engage with these experiences in ways that feel manageable, so they become a resource, rather than something to avoid or fear.

This process fosters the transformation of unhelpful patterns, deepens your connection to yourself, and strengthens your ability to relate to others with greater authenticity and resilience.

Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-supported, humanistic-experiential approach, guides the core of my work. I also integrate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic, and relational modalities to flexibly meet each client’s needs and therapeutic goals within a cohesive, evidence-based framework.

I know how daunting it can be to find the right therapist to meet your needs.

To make this process as pain-free as possible, we are committed to clarity and transparency from start to finish.
